We’ve all heard about the benefits of yoga, but there’s often a disconnect between knowing and doing what’s good for our bodies and minds. It can be difficult to commit to a routine, so developing the right mindset is key. I have used visualization to help me reach my book publishing goals, but I use more tangible reminders to keep me on task with yoga at home.
